Assembler

As a Final Assembly Team Member, you will be fitting cabinets with doors, drawers and all required hardware prior to QC and delivery.  
  • Cabinetry knowledge/experience along with knowledge of and ability to utilize basic carpentry hand tools and machinery.
  • Ability to read, interpret and follow architectural or shop drawings accurately.
  • Work from shop drawings to fit out high end cabinetry.
  • Complete all assigned jobs in a timely manner.
  • Installation of cabinetry doors, drawers, drawer fronts & panels.
  • Installation of custom hardware, slides, hinges & hinge plates
  • Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
  • Ability to work under time constraints effectively.
  • Be detail oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
 
  • Knowledgeable and experienced in all phases of cabinetry building.
  • Attention to detail and quality.
  • Knowledge and possession of carpentry hand tools
  • Knowledge and experience utilizing cabinetry shop equipment.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Hardworking and reliable

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
 
  • At all times, employees are required to be fit for duty.
  • Employees are required to be able to lift up to 50 pounds alone, or 75 pounds or more with team lift, multiple times per day.
  • Employees stand for long periods of time.
  • Employees may work in loud work areas.
  • Employee is expected to be able to problem solve, make well thought out decisions, be organized.
