Close Out Coordinator

 The Close Out Coordinator’s primary responsibility is to visit each jobsite prior to the installation and during the installation process to compile list of issues, items needed and possible resolves. This includes a final walkthrough with the POC before closing out the project. The information is then to be compiled into a rework folder and released to the rework department for close out. The Close Out Coordinator also visits jobsites through the installation process when issues arise to help work through possible resolves.
  • Create and schedule site visits based off installation schedule and meeting with CSR and Installation to review project status and expected completion dates.
    • Needs to plan out schedule to visit all jobs and pair up jobs in same area.
    • Travels to site visits using company car.
  • Communicates with Point of Contact and/ or CSR to schedule appointments.
  • Visits jobsites through the installation process to work through possible resolves and/ or complete resolves as needed.
  • Complete final walkthrough of property prior to official close out to collect punch list.
  • Create WO folders for request of changes or add on items from jobsite and release to proper department (i.e. estimating, project management, etc.)
    • Communicate pricing to client for confirmation as needed.
  • Create RW folders for any needed parts post visits and release to Rework Team
    • Upon release to rework department, meet with head of rework to review folder to ensure items are being completed accurately and answer any questions.
  • Completes scope of work service call walkthrough to determine items needed to resolve and estimated time for hourly work.
  • Complete close out installation appointments and service calls as needed.
  • Create policies, procedures and trainings for job duties.
  • Other tasks as instructed by management.
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty organized, responsible and detail oriented.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Knowledge of cabinetry, accessory install and operation and wood working
  • Knowledge of Microsoft programming
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Ability to read and interpret shop plans and tape measure.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Hardworking and reliable
  • Team Player
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
At all times, employees are required to be fit for duty.  
  • Employee may work in loud area.
  • Employee is expected to be able to problem solve, make well thought out decisions, and be organized.
  • Employee may work in an active construction zone.
  • Employees are required to be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Employees stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to stand, squat, lift, bend, drive and sit for long periods of time.
