Consistently maintain safe environment at all sites and building including proactive management of weather, construction and other potentially safe prohibiting events
Conduct routine maintenance and manage emergency maintenance as required
Lead property search and developmental projects
Work with customers to positively impact their safety as related to all operations
Security
Develop and maintain security systems and applications for all enterprises with emphasis on safety
Develop processes and procedures to secure personnel and equipment
Training
Develop safety training video contact and assist with Learning Management Systems (LMS) maintenance and development
Assist other groups in developing and administering training content
Other duties as assigned by Manager
Qualifications and Requirements:
Strong verbal skills, able to communicate to groups of people in a training environment and create video training.
Strong written communications skills; ability to develop processes and procedures
Ability to communicate professionally both internally, horizontally as well as vertically, and externally, with customers and vendors
Strong computer capabilities
Ability to lead a team whose goal is focused on Safety and Security
Understanding of building and site management
Bachelors in facilities management, industrial engineering or business
