ESSENTIAL DUTIES
 
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Support event planning efforts including trade shows, workshops, and other promotional events.
  • Create engaging content for social media platforms, particularly Instagram, to promote brand awareness and engagement.
  • Assist in the production of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and promotional items.
  • Utilize tools like Canva, PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) to design visually appealing materials.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute innovative marketing ideas and initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to marketing projects as needed.
 
SKILLS & DUTIES
 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly PowerPoint) and Canva.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Flexible schedule with availability for occasional evening and weekend events

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or currently pursuing).
  • Previous experience in marketing, event planning, or related field is preferred.
