We are seeking a Materials Planner to support our production and project teams by planning, coordinating, and tracking materials across multiple custom projects. This role plays a critical part in maintaining workflow continuity, minimizing delays, and supporting on-time job completion. If you are detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment, this role offers meaningful responsibility and long-term growth.
What You’ll Do
• Plan, coordinate, and track materials required for custom cabinetry and millwork projects
• Coordinate and monitor purchase orders for materials, hardware, finishes, components, and subcontract services
• Communicate with vendors to confirm pricing, lead times, delivery schedules, and order changes
• Partner with Sales, Design, Estimating, Engineering, Production, Installation, and Project Management to validate scopes, schedules, and material specifications
• Monitor open purchase orders and follow up on late or at-risk deliveries to avoid production disruptions
• Maintain accurate records related to material planning, purchasing, and inventory
• Identify material risks, shortages, or timing issues and support resolution through planning adjustments and internal coordination
• Support inventory tracking, replenishment planning, and material readiness for upcoming jobs
• Assist with resolving discrepancies, returns, backorders, and quality issues with vendors
• Prepare purchasing and materials reports as requested
• Contribute to continuous improvement of material flow, accuracy, and production support

• Experience with enterprise resource planning or procurement systems preferred
• Willingness to learn cabinetry and millwork materials; prior exposure is helpful but not required
Education and Experience
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience in purchasing, supply chain, operations, or a related field
• 2 to 5 years of experience supporting materials planning, inventory coordination, purchasing support, or supply chain functions
• Experience coordinating with vendors around lead times and material availability preferred
Schedule, Location, and Travel
• Full-time, on-site position
• Based in Lansdale, PA
• Limited travel, up to 10 percent
