● Monday–Thursday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Summer: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
● Two evenings per week until 7:00 PM (Summer: until 6:00 PM)
● Fridays: Fully remote / virtual
Our client is a premier sports performance facility serving female athletes. They specialize in long-term athletic development, injury prevention, and high-performance training in a professional, data-driven environment.
They are a female-athlete-only sports performance facility, serving 200+ athletes year-round with seasonal team training that expands our reach to 300+ athletes.
This role owns our revenue and operations engine, including: ● Sales and renewals systems
● CRM and automation
● Client value and retention strategy
● Team training growth and forecasting
You will work directly with the Founder & CEO to design, implement, and optimize the systems that prepare Relentless Athletics for its next growth phase and future expansion. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building systems, owning numbers, leading with accountability, and contributing to a mission-driven organization focused on developing female athletes. The Director of Business Operations (Sales, Retention, and Growth) owns the business engine of Relentless Athletics. This is a sales focused leadership role responsible for building, executing, and optimizing the systems that drive revenue and retention, including: ● Daily sales and enrollment
● Team training growth
● Retention and renewal conversations
● Payroll oversight and core business administration
● Data tracking, reporting, and analysis
In the current phase of the business, this role will be directly involved in both leadership and execution. The explicit mandate is to build systems, processes, and automations that reduce manual administrative work over time and support sustainable scale.
● Lead retention and client value conversations
● Responsible for payroll execution and accuracy
● Build and improve business systems and workflows via CRM
● Reduce manual admin through automation and AI
● Deliver clear business reporting and insights
● Support training leadership staff with business context and solutions
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Retention (Primary Responsibility)
● Drive growth in member acquisition and retention ● Personally handle inbound and outbound sales calls
● Responsible for assessment → membership conversion
● Expand and lead team training sales, renewals, and follow-ups
● Conduct retention, upgrade, downgrade, and pause conversations with parents.
● Improve assessment close rates through scripts, follow-up cadence, and response time
● Business operations experience required, including:
○ reviewing and interpreting performance metrics
○ building and delivering reports
○ overseeing payroll processes
○ Identify operational and performance issues, analyze supporting data, and propose actionable solutions that drove measurable improvements. ○ ● Comfortable working with data related to leads, conversion, retention, and payroll
● Experience improving CRM systems, workflows, or processes
● Organized, analytical, and execution-focused
● Confident, results-driven communicator with a strong sales mindset.
