General Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
  • Highly motivated, excellent organization skills, self starter who can work as part of the team.

  • Strong abilities to help design strategies and proposals. 
  • Proficient in all computer applications:  Sales Management System(s), Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook.  The goal is for the Client Account Manager position to grow and evolve over time. The employee must have the ability to learn new systems easily and in a reasonable timeframe. 
  • Mental abilities are required to compute business math formulas using a computer and calculator.
  • The senses of sight, speech in English, and hearing are required.
  • Position requires motivated individual with the ability to demonstrate independent judgment in the application of generally accepted industry principles and concepts.
  • Exhibits strong time management skills in order to prioritize and multi-task assignments.
  • Flexibility, attention to detail, high level of accuracy and high level of integrity are required.
  • Ability to comprehend and learn new concepts in a reasonable timeframe.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Administration:  CRM information management, carrier portals, preparing spreadsheets, analyzing data, proofreading, answer phones, greet clients/guests, filing, faxing, photocopying and always act as a representative of CBA and in the best interest of the Company
  • Liasion between client and insurance companies
  • Process enrollment changes (enrollments, changes, terminations, general updates/edits)
  • Assist with renewals- Partcipate in analysis process to ensure client is receiving best options available
  • Analyze benefit & rate options. Set up spreadsheet to outline options and assist client with decision making process
  • Schedule & attend client meetings
  • Develop client outreach process to ensure retention (i.e.: every month contact 5 current clients)
  • Manage new accounts as assigned
  • Keeping up with changes in the insurance market and our clients' industries
  • Monthly Newsletters (Utilizing online Newsletter distribution system (Constant Contact) Ensure database is current and up to date with all current clients and prospects in pipeline) Develop schedule for monthly distribution.
