This role is intended to increase growth, manage a team of multiple direct reports that have varying management skills, scrutinize metrics and become the best known brand in the United States and Canada. The right person will also creatively build coherent strategies and constructively lead the organization forward to realize potentials.  The right candidate will be drawn to setting high-level goals/objectives for the organization and, much like an orchestra conductor, leading the Team and all available resources positively forward in order to achieve great things. The right candidate will be able to inspire, lead and grow the management team.
 
Responsibilities
  • This top-level executive job is responsible for the development of a broad vision that leads to the accomplishment of significant business goals, e.g., increase top line, bottom line, diversification of services, and the like
  • The CEO is responsible for connecting all stakeholders to the vision
  • Oversee and deliver the company’s performance
  • Lead the brand to be recognized as industry best-in-class 
  • The CEO will balance resources (capital and people) for the company’s success
  • Create strategic initiatives that are short term as well as long-term.  These goals and objectives - along with the sound business strategies to reach them 
  • Inspire and lead team in a way that enhances business value, reflects core values, builds an ever-improving culture with high-engagement while meeting business goals with high-integrity
  • Build and maintain a culture where individual associates and teams are respected, empowered, rewarded, integrated, organized, inspired, and therefore - engaged. A culture that encourages individual/team: ownership, initiative, open communication and collaboration
  • Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce profitable results and are consistent with the overall strategy, mission and values
  • Make informed, high-quality investing decisions to advance the business and increase profits
  • Ensure company-wide internal and external adherence to all fiduciaries; legal requirements and corporate policies for the protection and maintenance of company’s integrity
  • Review financial and non-financial reports to make informed, value-based decisions to improve the business
  • Be a connector of connectors – building and leveraging relationships for the good of the organization. Build trusting relations with key strategic partners, clients and other important stakeholders
  • Act as the principal for key stakeholders/shareholders; ensuring that reasonable, regular reporting is made available, as reasonably required or requested
  • Build and maintain a deep knowledge of markets and industries served by the company
 
 
 
  •  
  • Experience as a CEO, President or other senior leadership position with a proven track record of successful, strategic company growth for: top line, bottom line and market opportunities
  • Experience in casting vision, developing and leading profitable strategies - and implementing both
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance
  • Practical experience with real-time performance management
  • Familiarity with diverse business functions such as sales, call center, customer service, marketing, PR, HR, finance etc.
  • In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and executive management best practices
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with proven outstanding organizational and leadership skills
  • High-level analytical abilities with complex problem-solving/solution-building skills
