Job Duties:
Work with the CEO, Senior Team, Outside Partners and of course, Clients – to create new business in every
desirable sector. Oversee activities directly related to sales and business development for all SLM services.
Monitor and adjust sales efforts on a real-time basis based on shifting client opportunities, market
developments and the like. Create a strategic sales plan as well as the tactics required to execute and
implement - using all available resources. Ensure that contracts are negotiated for maximum profitability,
clarity and with full buy-in from all stakeholders. Communicate seamlessly and constructively across
departments as well with all external resources to ensure clarity during the entire sales process from RFP
through contract completion.
  • Oral/Written – Ability to communicate effectively with others at every level, internally and externally, to convey information effectively and with respect to all.
  • Analytic abilities: must be able to demonstrate creative problem-solving at a tactical and strategic level.
  • Flexibility - must be able to acknowledge and respect other points of view and courses of action - and move accordingly.
  • A demonstrated team player who knows how to build and maintain relationships at every level.
  • Extensive, successful executive sales and sales management track record.
  • Extensive Facilitates Management and/or other relevant managed-services agreement model experience.
