Installation Project Manager

  • Develop systems and procedures to efficiently manage multiple projects and tasks
  • Create written professional quotes and/or proposals; follow-up as needed
  • Create detailed scope of work, timeline, and project schedule
  • Manage change orders and monitor their impact on given project
  • Track and update project progress to salesman
  • Attend site visits, meetings, and conference calls
  • Maintain quality assurance on projects
  • Respond to client concerns, questions, and problems
  • Identify and solve issues that will impact given project and schedule
  • Procure equipment for projects
  • Appoint employees and subcontractors for projects
  • Manage staff on site as needed with clear objectives of work to be performed
•    At least 3 years experience in audio/video installation and integration
  • Knowledge of control systems like AMX, Savant, Lutron, and URC preferred. 
  • Experience in computer networks
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills dealing directly with clients, designers, architects,       
      general contractors, and other trades
  • Strong organization and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong writing skills and effective time management
