As a creative and analytically-minded individual with a great eye for product and an empathy and understanding of the customer, you are responsible for supporting the execution of the company’s merchandising and promotional strategy for online channels. You will provide critical reporting and analysis as it relates to campaign performance and catalog sell through to inform marketing strategy and identify catalog opportunities and at-risk assortments. You will participate in the strategic direction and the end-to-end merchandising process from assortment planning to pricing to sales to conversion management. This position is equal parts analyst and strategist.
Manage and conduct Catalog Performance and Merchandising Sell Through Analysis to identify trends, growth opportunities, recommend assortment, and inform overall merchandising strategy to drive eCommerce sales initiatives.
  • Analyze brand and sku performance and sell through by catalog, by category, and by channel to identify underperforming listings and rock star products, and inform growth opportunities and merchandising strategies
  • Track and analyze the results of marketing campaigns and engagement across channels
  • Understand and leverage market trends/demand/seasonality
  • Maintain historical campaign analysis and consolidate online reporting across channels
  • Identify optimization opportunities to ensure best-in-class presentation, improve customer experience, increase conversion rates, and drive revenue.
  • Coordinate materials and reports for marketing and promotional events
  • Perform competitive analyses and monitor competitive landscape, pricing and promotional information.
  • Track and report on catalog KPIs and partner performance metrics
  • Monitor and strategically maximize profitability by channel/campaign
Contribute to the development and implementation of online marketing initiatives
  • Bring passion and creativity to suggest new, out-of-the-box concepts and ideas to drive exposure, interest, and conversion - leveraging channel-specific marketing levers, new categories, themed events, and third party marketing tools and promotions
  • Inform strategy for weekly/monthly affiliate and partner submissions.
  • Confirm MP deal selections and schedule confirmed price adjustments (set Feed Overrides)
  • Participate and help cultivate relationships with business development partnerships
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across Content and Marketing
