McCloskey Partners, LLC, a national full service Human Resources, Recruiting & Training Firm, headquartered in Souderton, PA, is adding a Vice President, Human Resources position to its team.   We are looking for a candidate that has senior level HR experience in the HR Consulting industry.    We envision that the right candidate will enter our Firm at the VP level and we will discuss a Partnership transition within the next few years.  

 The VP, Human Resources will manage client accounts as well as assist in the management of the McCloskey Partners employee team and their various client accounts/ projects/ tasks.

 The VP, Human Resources is required to be on site at client locations as needed and assist clients in managing their HR/ Recruiting/ Training functions.  The employee needs to have experience in the HR Consulting industry managing client accounts, filling open job orders and developing and delivering training & development.  

The VP, Human Resources will  participate in client meetings, renewals and prospect meetings.

 
The VP, Human Resources will be expected to attend networking events and participate in business development .   McCloskey Partners will consider an acquisition, of an HR firm, for the right VP, Human Resources candidate.

Position Expectations
-Attend  client related management meetings and provide recommendations / strategic recommendations

-Have a strong voice to be able to help lead the  all HR functions
 
-Employee Handbook review, update, creation, maintenance
 
-Policy development for a variety of clients in various industries 
 
-Fringe Benefits Administration (annual renewal,  provide recommendations on how to remain competitive based on what other companies are doing as it pertains to benefits.   Lead discussions about cost sharing.  Knowledgeable about ACA rules and how they affect each client.  
 
-Performance Management (format/ programs/ forms/ policies).  Experience using Compensation & Pay Grading systems. 
 
-Leave Administration/ Family Medical Leave Administration

-Time & Attendance Administration

 
-Payroll.  Experience working with multiple different vendor systems.  Such as:  Paylocity, Primepoint, Primepay, ADP, Paychex

-Recruiting (exempt/ non-exempt) Ability to use various different Applicant Tracking Systems a plus.
 
-Employee relations

-Training & Development 

- Various other HR related projects/ tasks as assigned
 
The VP, Human Resources must have previous experience working for an outsourced Human Resources Firm in a consulting type of structure.  Candidates currently in a senior role are preferred.
